Andrew Shutterly is an active CPA who has been the Corporate Controller of Altimmune since February 2023. He previously served as the Assistant Controller from October 2020 to January 2023. Prior to joining Altimmune, he served three years as Accounting Supervisor at Meso Scale Diagnostics LLC, a Rockville-based biotechnology company, where his primary duties were in the areas of technical accounting, financial reporting, and government contracting. Prior to Meso Scale, Mr. Shutterly served as Audit Manager at Deloitte. His six years in public accounting saw a client list primarily consisting of government contractors, investment managers, and technology start-ups. Mr. Shutterly received both a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
