Ms. Fajolle has more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience across U.S. and global pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical organizations.
From 2019 to January 2026, she served in various leadership roles at Intercept Pharmaceuticals, most recently as Executive Director of Human Resources, where she partnered with executive leadership across the organization to guide enterprise workforce strategy, organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement for a rare disease business.
From 2002 to 2019, Ms. Fajolle held roles of increasing responsibility at Sanofi during a 17-year tenure spanning both U.S. affiliate and global headquarters environments. She supported multiple areas of the North American business and served in Paris, France in a global compensation role. Across these roles, she led organizational transformation, succession and talent strategies, compensation, and broader enterprise human resources initiatives.
She began her career in financial services in New York. Ms. Fajolle holds a Master of Arts in French Studies from Middlebury College, a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and French from Lafayette College and is fluent in French.
